As we were getting closer to launching the site, and I began to realize that “OMG, we actually ARE going to do this!”, I decided to post a model search on a few bdsm/kink message boards. I did it for a couple of reasons; first, I wanted to see if there was actually more than a passing interest in a site like this (since there weren’t any other BBW BDSM sites that we’d seen), and second, to see if women would be interested in modeling for the site.

The response was awesome!

There’s practically been a national “want” for a site like this for a while, judging from the response from both guys and gals on the message boards. Not only am I now happy that I’m working on making this site a reality, but I’m doubly happy with my choice to make it a multi-girl site. There were the selfish reasons for choosing a multi-girl site over a solo site (from a business standpoint, multi-girl sites seem to be more popular, and there are just too many kinks out there that I don’t do personally), but beyond that, I’m now confident that PaddedKINK will be the place for people to come not only to see plumpers, busty gals and BBWs in kinky situations, but also a place for people to come and see real lifestyle people engaging in real lifestyle scenes. Because it’s a multi-girl site, I’ll be able to explore as many facets of bdsm/kink/fetish as possible. I guess it pays to be a voyeur – I’m going to have sooooo much fun!

So many of these lifestyle girls are not professional models. I’m sure that some coaching will have to happen – as far as camera work, not in terms of the scene itself. In so many of these instances, they’re going to know more about the fetish than I would! But I think that the peripheral stuff – hair/makeup/wardrobe/posing – are things that I may have to mentor them on. I’m glad that I went through that experience myself when I first started out. Simple things like camera-ready makeup techniques are things that non-models don’t do; I certainly didn’t! I don’t consider it a big enough obstacle that can’t be overcome, though. I’m just excited that everyone else wants to be on the site!
